Kaseya Quote Manager is a modern cloud-based platform designed to simplify how MSPs quote, sell, and procure IT products and services. This all-in-one ecommerce solution features two interfaces: the Online Store and the Admin Center.

The customizable Online Store is built for both MSPs and clients to find and purchase optimal products and services to fulfill SMB needs. The Admin Center features settings for managing the ecommerce workflow from start to finish. With a variety of configuration options, Kaseya Quote Manager offers the following features:

• live supplier product feeds
• a full-featured, template-based quoting system
• the ability to set pricing and shipping rules, enable payments, configure tax rates by region, and create coupons
• automated creation and fulfillment of sales orders and purchase orders
• customer and user account management
• reporting for quotes, sales, purchases, and inventory
• multiple integrations

Kaseya Quote Manager is currently available for provisioning in the United States, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, the United Kingdom, and Ireland. Learn more about getting started with Kaseya Quote Manager.

IMPORTANT  If you have been provisioned with a multi-currency Autotask instance, integration with Kaseya Quote Manager is not supported.

The scope of the Autotask integration with Kaseya Quote Manager is nothing less than feature parity with Autotask internal quoting. A custom API manages data synchronization between the two applications.

• For a transition period, your administrator can enable the Quoting Prompt feature. This will allow users to select either internal Autotask quotes or Kaseya Quote Manager quotes as their quoting tool. Refer to Selecting a quoting tool.
• You can launch the Kaseya Quote Manager New Quote page either from the Autotask opportunity or from within Kaseya Quote Manager, and link it to either an existing opportunity or create a new one.
• Kaseya Quote Manager quotes can easily be accessed from the Opportunity page, opportunity insights, widgets, and tables. The Kaseya Quote Manager quote is linked to the Primary Quote field and to the Commerce insight on the Autotask opportunity. The insight exposes real-time quote data on the Autotask opportunity.
• Both quoted and unquoted Kaseya Quote Manager sales can be linked to an Autotask ticket. The Kaseya Quote Manager Sales Order insight will expose high-level information about the sales order and any linked purchase orders.
• Customers, services and labor, tickets, products, and opportunities can be created in either application and synced to the other one.
• An opportunity can be won or lost from inside Kaseya Quote Manager.

Our goal is to make quoting in Kaseya Quote Manager just as easy and seamless as using the internal quoting tool.

Configuring the integration requires several steps in Autotask and Kaseya Quote Manager.

Autotask

In Autotask, you do the following:

• Confirm that the Quoting feature is enabled. Even if quotes are created in Kaseya Quote Manager, quote data is saved in Autotask. If the Kaseya Quote Manager integration were ever disabled, Kaseya Quote Manager quotes could be accessed in Autotask. Refer to Activations.
• Optionally, enable the Quoting Prompt feature. When this option is checked, for a transition time, users will be asked if they want to create an Autotask quote or a Kaseya Quote Manager quote. If not checked, all new quotes will be created in Kaseya Quote Manager. Refer to Selecting a quoting tool.

Kaseya Quote Manager

In Kaseya Quote Manager, you do the following:

• install the Autotask app and connect it to your Autotask instance
• set up your synchronization options
