Material code required
Currently, Autotask requires a material code for all products in the product list. Because this code was not always required, your Products list may contain legacy products without an assigned material code.
The product you selected does not have an assigned material code. In order to save this product as a sales order item, you must select one.
NOTE The material code you select here is assigned to the product in the product list. You can change the code in the product list at any time. Refer to Searching and managing products.
- Click the data selector icon to the right of the Material Code field.
- In the data selector, double-click a code to select.
If multiple products are selected, you can select one material code to apply to all selected products.
- Click Save to close the message.
