Working on tickets
You work on tickets either from the Quick Add bar, or the accessory tabs.
- On the Quick Add bar, you can add new items. Refer to Quick Add bar.
- On the Accessory tab, you can add new items and view, manage and access existing items. Refer to Ticket accessory tabs.
You can do the following:
- Track time that you worked on the ticket. Refer to Adding a ticket time entry.
- Add a note to the ticket. Refer to Adding a note to a task or ticket.
- Add a ticket charge for a material item that can be invoiced. Refer to Adding or editing a ticket charge.
- Associate an expense (such as travel costs) with the ticket. Refer to Adding and editing expenses.
- Add file attachments to the ticket, or a ticket note. Refer to Adding attachments.
- Associate the ticket with a service call. Refer to Creating and managing service calls from a task or ticket.
- Assign a ticket-related to-do to yourself or another team member. Refer to Adding and managing to-dos.
