Using Email2DB for Kaseya alert integration
IMPORTANT Autotask no longer supports the use of Email2DB as an email parser for Kaseya. Email2DB is not compatible with TLS v1.2 encryption and so will not work with Autotask starting in October, 2017. The product has not been updated by Parker Software for some time and they have replaced Email2DB with Think Automation.
Please upgrade your Email2DB to Think Automation, or switch to the third party email parser of your choice. Or, for information on using Autotask Incoming Email Processing with your Kaseya Extension, refer to Creating a Kaseya mailbox in Incoming Email Processing.
