Cooper Copilot History
Security and navigation
PERMISSIONS Security level with Admin permission to access Cooper Copilot. Refer to Admin security settings.
NAVIGATION Left Navigation Menu > Admin > Admin Categories > Automation > Cooper Copilot > Cooper Copilot History.
On the Cooper Copilot History page, you can view a history of calls to Cooper Copilot. This page shows the last 6 months of Cooper Copilot requests as well as a general summary of the last 30 days.
Summary - Last 30 Days
| Field | Description |
|---|---|
| Total Requests | A total of all requests. |
| Top Users | Displays the users with the most requests and the number of requests made. |
| Unique Users | The number of different users that made requests. |
| Average Requests per User | The average number of requests per user. |
History - Last 6 Months
| Column Name | Description |
|---|---|
| Last Run Time | The date and time the Cooper Copilot request has been initiated. |
| Run By | The resource who made the call. |
| Entity | The type of entity that made the request. |
| Entity ID | The ticket number. Click on the ticket number to view ticket details. |
| Field | The type of field the call is targeted against. |
| Feature | Displays the feature that made the request. |
| Request | Displays the action completed by the request. |
| Language | Displays the language selected during the request. |
NOTE Use the column drop-downs to sort and search for specific requests.
