Adding, editing, or copying a resource

NOTE  Set up resources who will be timesheet and expense report approvers first, beginning with the highest level approver. They will be assigned as approvers when you set up the other resources.

- To preserve data integrity, resources cannot be deleted from Autotask PSA. If a resource leaves the company or no longer needs to use Autotask PSA, inactivate the resource.
- The Autotask Administrator resource cannot be deleted. System actions will appear under this name in places such as ticket notes.
